Refunds and Returns
OK - we all go through this... And it can be a pain.... So we are going to make it simple! At Noble Hardwick, we are committed to your shopping experience being easy even if you are not "in love" with your purchase. Just follow the process below!!
We will accept returns on most purchases within 15 days after date of delivery (some products are excluded from return... for information on return eligibility, please call our Customer Care team at 720-883-1384).

Just send your unused and resaleable item in the original packaging back to: Noble Hardwick, 5850 East 56th Ave,, Commerce City, CO 80022 in its original packaging. Yep - don't throw the box away until you KNOW you are keeping your purchase.
You are responsible for paying shipping fees for your returns. Shipping Costs are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit on any refund due.
If your purchase shipped and was delivered to you via white glove delivery and is eligible for return, you need to call our Customer Care at 720-883-1384 team to arrange for any return.
We take every precaution to make certain your purchase arrives undamaged. If for some reason, your product is defective or damaged, we want to hear from you RIGHT AWAY! Call our customer care team at 720-883-1384. We will gladly return any damaged or defective item as long as you contact us within our standard return policy timeline.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We don't play games with your money! If your return meets the Return Policy guidelines and is within ther return eligibility period, we return your money. All items are charged a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method

Our products are shipped within the 48 contiguous United States using the following carriers: FedEx and UPS . To return most home decor and accessories, please mail your product to: Noble Hardwick, 5850 East 56th Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80022.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend returning your item using a trackable shipping carrier as an means of certifying the item is to be returned, date shipped and date item is to be received at our facility. Should a conflict arise, we will require such proof of shipment to refund any monies due.
If you are returning a large item such as furniture, large wall art or specialty items, please contact our Customer Care team at 720-883-1384 to make arrangements to return the item.

We want you to get your favorite find as soon as possible! Most items ship between 48 and 72 hours from date of order however, some products require additional time for packaging and delivery. We do not charge an extra fee for shipping except for large items such as furntiure, rugs or products requiring white glove delivery. Large item shipping fees vary. All white glove delivery requires fees in addition to standing shipping costs.
